Dirty Derrick
All Hail Caesar!!!! The Dirty Derrick is another Gino’s Original sandwich named after a long time customer. We start off with grilling Roasted chicken, sauteed bell peppers, sauteed onions drenched in creamy Caesar dressing drizzled with our own special blend of spices all cooked together on the grill and topped off with two thick slices of fresh sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese and crown it off with a crispy strip of Bacon. We add crisp lettuce and juicy tomato to go along with more creamy Caesar dressing, all served on a 9 Inch Italian Hoagie Roll made fresh daily and delivered daily from our partner bakery.
