‘Line-out-the-door’ sandwiches in S.A. among the best in US, Yelp says

Some folks use Yelp to find new restaurants, while others use it more often to leave reviews of their recent dining experiences. All the information that users feed into the crowdsourced platform informs its annual lists of the top spots across the United States, including its most recent list of the top 100 sandwich shops.
San Antonio made the cut, with three local sandwich gems earning placements on Yelp’s list of the Top 100 Sandwich Shops, According to Yelp Reviewers, which was published on Tuesday, July 29. Let’s take a look at those hometown winners and their placement on Yelp’s new ranking.
Gino’s Deli Stop N Buy
It is entirely unsurprising that Gino’s landed in ninth place on Yelp’s new list, if only for the fact that the local sandwich shop is prone to making appearances on similar rankings. Owner Aleem Chaudhry is one of the friendliest guys around, happily providing newcomers with a generous rundown of the shop that doubles as a convenience store, and greeting returning customers personally. Gino’s take on the Philly cheesesteak is a crowd favorite, which Yelp describes as worthy of a “line-out-the-door” while noting its “legendary status.”
